Alex was extremely helpful in helping me solve a problem with my HP scanner. I had spent over 6 hours working on this problem using a combination of ChatGPT and HP support. Alex was very generous to spend time walking me through the trouble shooting. He immediately knew it was a software problem but was still willing to spend time guiding me to the same conclusion. He was right. A Microsoft 11 software update replaced one of the scanner drivers. HP confirmed that Microsoft updates have created problems with many external devices (HP and other manufacturers). Alex didn’t charge me a penny. I highly recommend his services.

My printer stopped printing black ink all of a sudden and I tried everything I could to get it working again. It didn’t work, so I called these guys. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed the potential problem quickly and told me the nozzle head probably was clogged from not using genuine ink and not printing a document at least once a week. He told me to try the automatic cleaning a few times in a row before getting the nozzles replaced, because one time wouldn’t be enough. Did it and it worked! He also gave me tips on how to prevent this in the future. They are very helpful and honest, definitely recommend this place!
